It was in fact a difficult time for the cabin crew as they had just received news of the death of a fellow cabin crew member, however, the team carried on with their duties with poise and professionalism. From personalized welcome greetings to attentive service throughout the journey, every interaction is marked by genuine care and dedication to ensuring passenger comfort and satisfaction.

As QF63 made its descent into Johannesburg, I reflected on a journey characterized by luxury, comfort, and unparalleled service. From the moment of check-in to the final farewell, Qantas delivers a Business Class experience that exceeded my expectations, setting the standard for premium air travel on long-haul routes.
