Nestled close to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre, South Bank Parklands, and a variety of cultural attractions, the hotel is ideal for both business and leisure visitors.

What makes Novotel Brisbane South Bank special is its ability to blend stylish design with family-friendly features, all while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I was also impressed by the staff, who welcomed me as if I was family.

Dining at Novotel Brisbane South Bank is a delightful experience. The hotel’s restaurant, Spice Central Kitchen & Bar, serves an innovative menu inspired by global flavours and local produce. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner in a relaxed and stylish setting. The breakfast buffet is particularly popular, offering a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, including fresh pastries, fruits, and made-to-order options.

For a casual drink or light meal, the bar offers an inviting space with a curated menu of cocktails, wines, and craft beers. Whether you’re in the mood for a pre-dinner drink or a relaxed evening snack, the atmosphere is both sophisticated and welcoming.

I chose the Waygu Beef for dinner, and it was delightful – cooked to perfection with that melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.
