I stayed in a one-bedroom Ocean View suite – spacious, beautifully appointed, and complete with a private balcony that offered sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean.

The suite included a full kitchen, separate living space, and bathroom with bespoke terracotta marble finishes and Le Labo Santal 33 amenities. Soft lighting and sheer motorised curtains added a luxurious touch to the ambience, while practical inclusions like a washer-dryer and dining area made it feel like a high-end home away from home.

Their pastry selection was hard to resist, so I paired my morning coffee with a buttery croissant.

The menu evolves throughout the day, featuring comforting classics like wood-fired meatballs, hand-crafted pastas, and light, Mediterranean-influenced snacks – all crafted with local, seasonal ingredients.

Haven

For lunch, I dined at Haven, a breezy third-floor venue that blends elegance with laid-back coastal energy. The highlight? The hand-picked spanner crab with savoury waffles – unexpected, creative, and delicious. The Yamba prawn cocktail was another standout, beautifully presented and bursting with flavour.

Haven’s open-air layout and ocean views make it a stunning location for long lunches, sunset drinks, or sophisticated dinners. Whether you’re sitting indoors beneath the airy, whitewashed ceiling or outside under the Gold Coast sun, the experience feels special and deeply connected to its surrounds.

Beyond the dry float, CIEL Spa includes infrared saunas, a Himalayan salt room, and red light therapy. For guests who prioritise wellbeing, the spa is a standout.
